Beaver Roofing & Gutters is a locally owned roofing company serving West Columbia, Lexington County, and Richland County, South Carolina. The project focused on improving the website’s visibility and understanding across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Bing Copilot, and other answer engines. I optimized entity signals, AEO content, GEO and LLMO structure, semantic roofing topic clusters, local AI SEO, user intent mapping, schema opportunities, and internal linking. The strategy connected services such as roof repair, roof installation, gutter installation, storm damage repair, and roof inspection with clear service-area and trust signals. The goal was to make the website easier for search engines and AI systems to understand, summarize, and recommend for relevant roofing searches across its South Carolina service area.
